Unlocking Vitamin D Natures Way!
Did you know that we can get the vitamin D we need through our eyes, with a short and quite pleasant little exercise?
With no make-up on, sit in a comfortable seat facing the sun and close your eyes.
Looking downward, slowly open them and slowly look upward but below or askance from the sun until you see rainbows in your eyelashes.
Hold that position for as long as is comfortable. When it begins to feel uncomfortable, you’ve had enough.
Alternatively, supplement with topical magnesium spray to both produce and activate vitamin D in the body.
Mushrooms may be a good source of vitamin D on dreary days.
