ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship within New Zealand only.  Please refer to our shipping policy.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

What if I’ve entered the wrong delivery address?
If you notice an error straight away, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes will need to be made directly with NZ Post.

 

PRODUCTS & USE

Are your products safe for sensitive skin, children, or pets?
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, children, and pets. We recommend reading individual product descriptions carefully and starting with a small amount where appropriate.

How do I use your magnesium products?
Usage instructions are included on each product page and on the back of each product. As a general guide, magnesium sprays are best applied to the soles of the feet or directly to the affected area, especially before bed.

Why does magnesium sometimes tingle on application?
Magnesium is a mineral salt. A brief tingling sensation can occur, particularly if magnesium levels are low. This usually subsides quickly as levels rebalance.

Are your products natural?
Yes. Our products are made using carefully selected natural ingredients and are created with simplicity, effectiveness, and wellbeing in mind.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS & LOYALTY

Can I subscribe to products for regular delivery?
Yes. Selected products offer subscription options so you can receive them automatically at regular intervals. Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled at any time. Please refer to our Subscription policy

How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Select Manage subscriptions from the account menu

You’ll also receive emails with a direct link to manage your subscription after each subscription order.

Do you have a loyalty programme?
Yes. Our loyalty programme allows you to earn points on purchases, which can be redeemed for rewards.

  • You earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent
  • To redeem it is 20 points = $1 NZD
  • You must be logged in to earn and redeem points

How do I view my loyalty points?
Loyalty points are not displayed directly inside your account order history.

To view your points balance:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Go to the Shop section of the website
  3. Click the Rewards popup at the bottom right hand side of the page that appears while browsing

The Rewards panel will show your current points balance and available rewards.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Loyalty points are redeemed as discount codes.

To redeem your points:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Go to the Shop section of the website
  3. Click the Rewards pop-up at the bottom right hand of the screen while browsing
  4. Select Ways to redeem - View - Redeem
  5. A discount code will be generated for you to use at the checkout

The discount code can be applied at checkout. You’ll also receive an email confirming your reward and discount code.

Please note: Loyalty rewards are not automatically applied to your cart. Points must be redeemed first via the Rewards pop-up at the bottom right of your browser and the discount code applied at checkout. Points can also not be redeemed on subscription purchases.
