Subscription Policy
Subscription Products
Selected magnesium spray products on our website are available as a subscription option.
When you choose a subscription, your magnesium spray will be automatically delivered every 10 weeks. This schedule is designed to ensure you receive your next supply before your previous one runs out, while allowing time for packing and delivery.
Billing & Renewal
By placing a subscription order, you authorise The Herbalists to charge your selected payment method every 10 weeks for your subscription product.
Payments are processed automatically at the start of each subscription cycle. A new order is created for each successful billing period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. From there, you can:
- pause or cancel your subscription
- skip an upcoming delivery
- update your delivery address or payment details
Any changes made will apply to future subscription orders only.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment is unsuccessful, Shopify will automatically retry the payment and notify you by email.
If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused until your payment details are updated. No product will be shipped, and no charge will be taken while a subscription is paused.
Availability
Our magnesium spray products are not subject to stock limitations. If there are any changes that may affect your subscription, we will contact you directly.
Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Changes to the Subscription Programme
We reserve the right to update or modify our subscription offerings, pricing, or delivery intervals at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and apply to future subscription orders only.
Participation in a subscription constitutes acceptance of this Subscription Policy.
