Wholesale Stockist Terms & Conditions (as at April 2026)

 

1. Minimum Orders
   A minimum of 10 products per order applies to all stockist orders.
2. Pricing & Payment
   All products are supplied at wholesale pricing (provided separately). A;; prices displayed in the wholesale website are inclusive of GST. Payment is due 20th of the month following invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue Accounts: The Herbalists reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 2% per month (24% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted under New Zealand law, whichever is lower, calculated daily and payable on demand.
3. Shipping
   Freight/shipping costs are charged in addition to product pricing.
4. Returns & Exchanges
   Returns are accepted only in the following cases: a) Products damaged or faulty on delivery (must be notified within 7 days). b) Products supplied in error (must be returned unopened and in original packaging within 14 days). No returns will be accepted for change of mind or unsold stock. All returns must be approved in writing by The Herbalists prior to return.
5. Stockist Status
   Stockist status may be reviewed or withdrawn if: a) No orders are placed within a period of 4 months or more, or b) Payment terms are not met.
6. Marketing & Communications
   By becoming a stockist, you consent to: a) Being added to The Herbalists’ stockist newsletter and educational emails. b) The Herbalists sharing your business details and promoting you as an authorised stockist across marketing channels, including website and social media.
7. Privacy
   Stockist details will be stored securely and only used in accordance with NZ Privacy Act 2020.
8. General
   These Terms & Conditions may be updated by The Herbalists from time to time, with notice provided to all stockists. This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
