SHIPPING
We offer NZ domestic shipping on all Herbalists orders.
Please double-check your delivery address. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or return to sender.
New Zealand Only
Shipping costs are covered by us on New Zealand orders where the chargeable total is NZD $100 and over. All other orders under $100 will have a standard flat rate shipping charge of NZD $8.
Gift card purchases do not qualify for shipping as these are dispatched via email, immediately after purchase.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 3 - 10 working days.
In the unlikely event that tracking indicates your parcel may have gone missing, please contact us within 14 days, so we may reach out to the courier to lodge a claim.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or refunds unless it is due to product defect or damaged in transit.
In most cases a replacement product will be disptached over a refund.
