Parasites

Parasites

I can’t find a virus that isn’t parasitic!!!!
I have been looking for, and have invited people to show me, a virus that isn’t parasitic. Nobody has yet been able to.
Would you neglect to worm your dog?
Would you neglect to worm your cat?
Would you neglect to worm your livestock?
We are animals too, yet most people neglect to worm themselves.
A parasitic overload diverts essential nutrients, causes gastrointestinal distress, damages internal tissues, and causes systemic immune and inflammatory responses. The severity of the symptoms depends on the type of parasite, the organs affected, and the number of parasites.
1. The main ways a parasitic overload affects the body include:
2. Parasites consume carbs, proteins, and vitamins such as B12 directly from your food, which can lead to malnutrition.
3. This depletion often causes weight loss, despite the host feeling hungry constantly.
4. Conversely, some parasites trigger chronic inflammation, hormone disruption, and toxin overload, which can cause bloating or stubborn weight gain.
5. Growing parasites irritate or physically block internal organs.
6. Disruption to gut flora often results in severe long-term diarrhoea, sometimes with blood or mucous.
7. Large numbers of worms can cause severe abdominal pain and intestinal obstruction.
8. Interference with digestive function and metabolism causes uncomfortable gas and bloating.
9. Many intestinal parasites, like hookworms, attach to the intestinal walls and feed on the host's blood and epithelial cells. This constant blood loss often leads to severe iron deficiency and anaemia.
10. The loss of blood and nutrients causes exhaustion, weakness, and overall chronic fatigue.
11. The constant presence of parasites suppresses Immunoglobulin A secretion, leaving you vulnerable to bacterial and viral infections.
12. Toxins released by parasites, alongside nutrient deficiency, can lead to brain fog, anxiety, and sleep issues.
13. Abnormal grinding of the teeth during sleep is common with parasitic overloads, particularly in children.
14. Hookworm larvae can burrow and migrate beneath the skin, causing itchy, red, winding lines or raised rashes.
15. Systemic inflammation and allergies to parasitic toxins can appear as eczema, hives, or intense itching, especially around the perianal region.
Links have been recognised, between parasitic infections and at least some cancers. Some species act as carcinogens, generally through chronic inflammation, tissue damage, and the secretion of cancer-promoting chemicals.
Liver flukes infect the liver and bile ducts by eating raw or undercooked fish, and can also come from certain other foods, such as watercress. Chronic infection significantly raises the risk of bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma).
Blood flukes, found in some fresh water, cause urinary schistosomiasis. The chronic inflammation and tissue damage they cause are strongly linked to squamous cell bladder cancer.
In some cases, scientists have found that cancer can develop from the cells of a parasite itself rather than the human's own cells. Certain protozoan and intestinal parasites are being researched as co-factors that may promote the development of certain types of lymphomas in some patients. They are also linked to bowel cancers.
Just a worm tablet may not be enough, as they don’t get rid of the flukes.
Wormwood has been used for millennia for ridding the body of parasitic worms. It paralyses the worm and causes structural damage to their tissue. It forces them to lose their grip on the intestinal walls so they can be expelled easily. It also causes flukes to die.
The active chemical, cineole, in rosemary has been shown to kill parasites and flukes.
Black Walnut is toxic to worms and flukes. It shuts down their metabolic processes.
Compounds in cloves are believed to dissolve and kill the eggs.
This combination will rid both worms and flukes from the body. The eggs take time, so, a 6 week course is recommended. Liquids work better in the body than dry tablets.
The Herbalists does not sell a Parasite Cleanse commercially, however can be made to order under a consultation. Email: helena@theherbalists.co.nz if you’d like to know more about that.
