How To Use
How To Use
We recommend 1 heaped teaspoon of blended tea in a tea diffuser with a cup of boiled water poured over and steeped for 10-15 minutes. Or 2 heaped teaspoons of blended tea in a plunger with 2 cups of boiled water poured over and steep for 10-15 minutes.
The body can only digest at body temperature, so must use energy to cool or heat, first. Less is more with herbs.
